By using Mean Reviews™, you acknowledge that all aspects of this application, including but not limited to its design, features, algorithms, data structures, and workflows (“Confidential Information”), are confidential and proprietary to the developer. You agree not to disclose, share, copy, or otherwise make available any Confidential Information to others without prior written consent.
You agree not to use the Confidential Information to create, market, or assist in the creation of a competing product, service, or business, either directly or indirectly, during your use of this application and for a period of three (3) years thereafter.
You agree not to attempt to bypass or work around these restrictions by collaborating with third parties, reverse-engineering the system, or otherwise exploiting the application in any way that undermines the developer’s rights.
All intellectual property rights in and to Mean Reviews™ remain the sole property of the developer. Nothing in this agreement grants you any rights beyond limited personal use of the application as intended.
If you do not agree, you must not proceed with sign-up and no account will be created. Continued use of this app indicates your full acceptance of these terms.
